• Gretchen is a mental performance consultant in training who is dedicated to helping athletes and performers develop mental skills that enhance confidence, focus, and overall wellbeing in sport and beyond.

After nearly a decade of leading social media strategy for professional sports teams, she saw how pressure, public scrutiny, and constant online comparison can affect athlete wellbeing. That experience inspired her to pursue a masters degree in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States, where she is working toward her certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC).

As a former figure skater, soccer player, and basketball player, Gretchen believes in supporting athletes as people and performers. Her approach blends mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and values-based tools to help clients build resilience, manage stress, and stay connected to what drives them.

As an intern at Precision Mind Athletics, Gretchen offers services at a reduced rate. All of her work is supervised by both her AASP Mentor and Dr. Aaron Appelwick, ensuring her clients receive professional guidance and high-quality support in their pursuit of performance excellence.
