• Aaron is a dedicated mental performance consultant with over a decade of experience in the performance field. With a doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology and a master’s in Sport and Exercise Science, he combines research-driven methods with practical tools, utilizing Acceptance and Commitment techniques along with mindfulness-based strategies to help athletes an performers manage pressure, build mental flexibility, and perform with clarity and purpose.

    Before pursuing his academic and consulting career, Aaron proudly served in the United States Air Force, retiring after a distinguished tenure. His time in service included competing at the highest levels of military athletics as a member of the All Air Force Triathlon Team and representing U.S. Air Forces Europe in cross-country and hockey. These experiences shaped his understanding of high-pressure performance and the importance of mental preparation.

    Aaron is also a successful hockey coach, mentoring players to reach their potential both on and off the ice. His leadership culminated in guiding his team to the state tournament, where they earned the consolation championship.

    Aaron’s diverse background as an athlete, coach, and consultant fuels his passion for empowering athletes and teams to build confidence, develop mental toughness, and achieve their goals.
