How it Works

The initial step is choosing the program that works best for you.

Schedule the initial “intake” session. You will complete the Athletic Coping Skills Inventory, Confidentiality Agreement, and Consent Form at appointment

The first session will consist of gathering information about your goals, strengths, and concerns, as well as what you’d like to accomplish while we are working together. l will gain a thorough background as we dive into your sport development, routines, social support system, individual habits, and more.

Based on your initial assessment and intake interview, Working together we will develop a personalized Mental Skills Training support plan to meet your specific needs.

Sessions will occur once per week, or every other week as we jump into your training plan.
The schedule can be flexible, but it is recommended that we meet at a minimum of two times per month.

At the final session we will discuss your growth. We will also discuss the options for your next steps (continue meeting, or conduct a check-in at a later date if needed.
